Ordering policies
Please read these before placing an order. They keep your order moving without back-and-forth.
Turnaround times
- Production starts once your payment is confirmed, not when the order is placed.
- Gang sheets and single transfers: 1 to 2 working days.
- Printed T-shirts: 2 to 3 working days.
- Large or bulk orders: we confirm a date with you on WhatsApp.
- Courier delivery adds 1 to 3 working days depending on your area.
Artwork requirements
- PNG with a transparent background is best. JPG files print with their background.
- Aim for 300 DPI at the printed size. Screenshots and social media downloads are usually too small.
- Our builder warns you when a file has a background and can remove it, and can improve a low quality file.
- We print exactly what you arrange. Please check every size and spelling before you order.
- You confirm that you have the right to print the artwork you upload.
Reprints and returns
- We reprint free of charge if the fault is ours: wrong size, wrong colour, misprint or damaged film.
- Report a problem within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos, on WhatsApp.
- We cannot reprint free of charge for low quality artwork, wrong sizes or spelling errors in your files, or transfers damaged during pressing.
- Printed and personalised items cannot be returned for a refund because they cannot be resold.
- Unopened equipment can be returned within 7 days in its original packaging, with courier costs for your account.
Payment
- Place your order on the site, then message us on WhatsApp for banking details.
- Send your proof of payment and we confirm the order and start production.
- You can also pay by card at our shop when you visit or collect your order.
- Orders that stay unpaid for 7 days are cancelled automatically by us and can simply be re-ordered.
Collection and delivery
- Collection from our shop is free.
- We message you as soon as your order is ready to collect or has been sent.
- Please collect within 14 days of us letting you know your order is ready.
