What we collect
Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, delivery address, order details, the artwork you upload and any proof of payment you send us. If you create an account, we also keep your saved contact and delivery details.
Why we collect it
To price, print, pack and deliver your order, to confirm your payment, to send you order updates, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Your artwork
Files you upload are stored privately and are used only to print your order. They are not shared, resold or used in our own marketing unless you give us permission.
Who we share it with
Only where it is needed to complete your order: our courier for delivery, and the secure service providers that host this website, its database and its email. They may only process your information on our instruction.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. Artwork is kept so that you can re-order the same print. You may ask us to delete your artwork or your account at any time.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw your consent to receiving messages from us.
